May 23, 2010: Next weekend is Race Weekend in
the Nation's capital.  I am really excited to run the
marathon as I know it's going to be a challenge.

March 2010: On March 19th and 20th, 2010, I was
honoured to be in my home community of Kitigan
Zibi, Quebec promoting health and fitness at KZ's
first women's fair. I had a booth for 'The Rebound
Triumph' and made a presentation during the
lunch break on the last day, Saturday March 20,
2010.

On March 11th 2010, I was in Edmonton, Alberta
and taught exercises from 'The Rebound Triumph'
during the Health Breaks at the Native Women's
Association of Canada's (NWAC) Health Career's
Conference.
Rebounding is different from any other exercise
because of its use of gravitational, acceleration,
and deceleration forces.
