May 23, 2010: Next weekend is Race Weekend in the Nation's capital. I am really excited to run the marathon as I know it's going to be a challenge. For more information please consult Ottawa Race Weekend. I will have pictures up in the next couple of weeks with tips on running and how rebounding compliments running.
March 2010: On March 19th and 20th, 2010, I was honoured to be in my home community of Kitigan Zibi, Quebec promoting health and fitness at KZ's first women's fair. I had a booth for 'The Rebound Triumph' and made a presentation during the lunch break on the last day, Saturday March 20, 2010.

On March 11th 2010, I was in Edmonton, Alberta and taught exercises from 'The Rebound Triumph' during the Health Breaks at the Native Women's Association of Canada's (NWAC) Health Career's Conference.
