About Me
My name is Maria Jacko.  I am from Kitigan Zibi, Quebec
and currently reside in Ottawa, Ontario.  I was introduced to
rebounding almost 10 years but I only started rebounding
consistently for about a year now and have reaped the
benefits in many ways.

I have lost 30 pounds and now feel more energized.  Any
time I feel tired, I rebound, even if it's just for 15
minutes,which enables me to carry on with my day full of
energy.

Arthritis runs in my family, and last year, I was beginning to
feel the effects of arthritis.  I was feeling aches and pains in
my arms and legs but since I began rebounding consistently,
I have not had any aches or pains at all.

Last year, I had a gym membership but, being a working
mother, I was unable to get to the gym as often as I wanted
to. I wanted to continue to exercise consistently so I thought
of my old rebounder I had packed away.  I unpacked my
rebounder and slowly supplemented my exercise with
rebounding. Soon after, rebounding became my exercise of
choice!

When I first started rebounding, I became bored just
jumping, so I started trying out different things. I noticed
that I didn't know how to design a fitness program so I took
a fitness instructor course and then was able to design a
proper fitness program.

My sister was intrigued with my program when watching me
one day and asked me to make a video for her so that she
could take it home. She was so impressed with it that she had
given me the idea to make it available online. My own
excitement to pass on this valuable and beneficial exercise
has also motivated me. I am in disbelief about all of the
benefits to rebounding and how much fun it is!

For me, the best benefits of rebounding are my mental
health, my weight loss, my energy and my love of exercise!
